The family of the late Seán Begley wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with and supported us during our recent bereavement.
Our heartfelt thanks to all the family, friends and neighbours who have helped in so many ways during this difficult time and those who gave of their time to help with serving tea and brought food which was greatly appreciated.
Thanks to all who sent messages, mass cards, offered condolences , prayers and attended the wake and Requiem Mass including Father John and everyone who travelled from Cloonbonniffe Parish, Roscommon. Special appreciation to Father Hannigan P.P for his spiritual support and pastoral care and for celebrating such a fitting Requiem Mass for our father. Thanks to everyone who prepared and participated in the Mass and made it personal and comforting.
Thank you to the Doctors and Staff at Campbells Surgery along with Teresa and colleagues in Medicare Pharmacy, Newell Road for their dedicated and diligent care during our father’s illness. Special gratitude also to the district nurses, carers and Marie Curie nurses who supported both him and us, your kindness will never be forgotten.
Sincere thanks to Paudge Quinn who carried out the funeral arrangements in a caring and dignified manner. Thanks also to Killeeshil GFC and Killeeshil Community Centre Committee for forming a guard of honour at the Church and to Frank Gildernew for playing the musical accompaniment to Seán’s final resting place. Thank you to Quinn’s Corner for the refreshments after the burial.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of deep gratitude for the support we have received.
Seán’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated in Church of the Assumption, Tullyallen on 2nd October at 7.30pm. Our Lady of Knock, pray for him.
