Acknowledgment from the family of the late Sean Lavery R.I.P. of 116 Battery Road, Moortown.

We, the family of the late Sean R.I.P. would like to express our sincere and heartfelt appreciation and thanks to everyone that sympathised with us during this extremely difficult time of our bereavement.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Father Gerry Tremer for taking the time to visit daddy in the hospital and at home. Your prayers, kindness, support and friendship were always a great blessing to us especially during this challenging time.

We would like to acknowledge all Daddy's extended family, friends and neighbours for your friendship over the years it has meant a lot to us and daddy. We were overwhelmed by your kindness and support. We offer our heartfelt thanks to everyone from near and far from both sides of the communities who visited our home, attended the wake, funeral and watched via webcam. To those who have shown support through prayers, mass cards, sympathy cards, telephone calls, sent words of condolences through texts and social media. Thank you to all businesses and many people who brought food to the house and who helped out in anyway, Floral Occasions, Thomas at GMT furniture for the use of his premises, De De Mc Nally and Family for the courtesy bus, Daddy's nephews and family friends who drove the bus, Corky and staff at Kinturk Cultural Centre for the food after daddy's funeral and Moortown Community Hall.

A special thanks to Father Gerry Tremer who officiated a beautiful Funeral Mass, it was heartfelt and comforting. Also, to our sacristan, eucharistic ministers and Margaret Anne & Patrick for the lovely music. To everyone's contribution making Daddy's funeral mass and burial so special.

We are extremely grateful to Lavery Funeral Directors, Conan for your understanding and assistance with daddy's funeral arrangements and funeral booklets. Thank you Conan and Pat for your guidance and care of Daddy in his final journey. Your help and support was invaluable, also the grave diggers.

We are truly indebted to the teams of Stewartstown Health Centre Dr Brian Miller and Dr Orla Fitzsimons and all the staff, Dr Merron and Staff Laurel House Antrim, Bronagh Lavery Laurel House, Consultants and All Staff of Antrim Area Hospital, Craigavon Area Hospital, District Nurses and team, John and Staff Coagh Chemist, Olivia and The Podiatry Team Cookstown, Anne and Claire Ardboe Parish Office. Thank you all for your efficient, dignified and extremely committed and professional approach and care for Daddy over the years.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Enable Care especially all the girls who cared for daddy. Your kindness and compassion didn't go unnoticed.

We thank you for your kindness and sympathy at a time when it was deeply appreciated.
As its impossible for us to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our heartfelt gratitude.
