Patricia, Sean, Colin and the entire family circle of the late Sean R.I.P. wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.
Thanks to the Doctors, nurses and staff of Kilrea Health Centre; Dr Niblock, Dr Gavin Brown and Kerry from Haematology; and all the staff of Ward C7 Antrim Hospital who went above and beyond with their care for Sean especially Michelle and Clare we are truly grateful.
A special thanks to Fr Chris McDermott for his spiritual support, guidance, pastoral care and for celebrating the Requiem Mass.
Thanks to the Gribbin Girls for the beautiful music; the church sacristans, the Marian Hall Committee for providing refreshments after the funeral, and Wishy Drain who prepared the grave.
Thanks to Damian Young for his tribute to Sean and all his former colleagues and friends who attended the wake and funeral.
The family wish to especially thank the kind relatives, friends, neighbours and members of the wider community who helped them during this difficult time. Thanks to those who messaged, sent cards, sent donations and those who gathered along the route to the Church and attended the funeral.
Thanks to the McKiernan Family for the professional and dignified manner in which they organised all aspects of the funeral arrangements. Their kindness, empathy and compassion helped the family to give Sean the farewell he deserved. The family will be forever grateful for all that was done for them.
The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
The month mind Mass for Sean will be celebrated on Friday 9th October at 7:30pm in St. Mary’s Church, Drumagarner.
