Sheila MERCER (née Reilly)
Mercer, Sheila née Reilly passed away peacefully 20th May 2026 at Royal Victoria Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
(Late of Upper Cavehill Road).
Beloved wife of the late Terry RIP, much loved mother of Gary, Alan and Terri, cherished Nany of Lynsay-Erin, Caoimhe, Tiarnan, Ruairi, Michael-John, Sophia-Rose, adored great Nany of Grace and Anna. She will be sadly missed by her sisters Patsy and Lynn, brother KC, beloved niece Shannon, all her nieces and nephews, extended families in America and England and circle of friends.
Sheila is reposing at O’Kanes Funeral Home, 116-118 Donegall Street, Belfast until Monday 25th May when she will return to her daughter Terri’s residence, 17 Upper Cavehill Road. House private on Monday. Those wishing to pay their respects are welcome on Tuesday 26th May between 2.00pm-8.00pm.
Requiem Mass will be held on Wednesday 27th May at 10.00am in Holy Cross, Church, Ardoyne followed by committal at Roselawn Crematorium. Mass can be viewed live via http://www.holycrossparishbelfast.com/
