Sheila Quinn (née Campbell)
We, the family of the late Sheila Quinn wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who offered their condolences, prayers, and support during our recent bereavement.
Thanks to everyone who attended the wake, brought and sent mass cards, telephoned, left gifts, made donations in lieu of flowers and attended the funeral. We are grateful to our relatives, friends, neighbours, and local businesses who helped and provided food during the wake. Thank you to Brocagh Emmets GFC for their assistance with car parking at the wake and funeral.
To those who cared for Sheila throughout her short illness, the staff at Royal Victoria Hospital Belfast and the Cancer Centre at Belfast City hospital. Also, to those who cared for Sheila at home in particular Dr Mitchell and the team at Coalisland health centre, the local District Nursing team and the Marie Curie team, we offer our heartfelt thanks.
We wish to sincerely thank Fr McCallion for his caring and compassionate Requiem Mass and for his spiritual support and guidance during Sheila's illness. We thank Canon Fee for his assistance with the Mass and for his pastoral support of the family throughout the wake and funeral. Thank you to Tommy the Sacristan and to Siobhan Robinson, Rory Madden, Fra and Nan Fee for the beautiful music which enriched the Mass. We also thank the pupils and staff of St Joseph’s Donaghmore who formed a guard of honour at Sheila’s funeral, along with colleagues and friends from St. Brigid's Brocagh and All Saints College Belfast who attended the wake and funeral to offer their condolences and support.
Special thanks to Edel, Brendan & Patsy at Taggart Funeral Services for the dignified and sensitive manner in which the funeral was conducted and Gary Harte for preparing Sheila’s final resting place. We are also grateful to Kelly Anne Corr and the staff of Kitch'n Catering for providing food and refreshments following the funeral mass.
We are overwhelmed by the support and kindness we have received. It would be impossible to thank everyone individually, so please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere and heartfelt appreciation.
Sheila's months mind Mass will be celebrated on Thursday 28th May at 7.30pm in St. Brigid's Church, Brocagh.
