I had the real pleasure of working for a few years with Sonya. She was a truly inspirational colleague who really knew what she was talking about and didn't seem fazed by anything. I really appreciated her positive can do' attitude, support as well as great guidance she provided. My sympathies are with her family and friends at this time. May Sonya Rest in Peace.

I am really sorry to hear of the passing if Sonya. Many years ago we briefly worked using the same resesrch data for I think from memory her MSc and my MRCPath dissertation.
