The family of the late Sister Bridget McCourt, would like to thank everyone who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. We extend our sincere appreciation to the Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary, Blackrock Cork for their love, care and support which meant so much to us. The care and attention they gave to Aunt Bridget will never be forgotten. The support love and hospitality they showed toward our family meant more to us than words can ever say.
To everyone who sent Mass Cards, shared online tributes, phoned and travelled afar to be with us at her funeral, we offer our deepest thanks.
As a family we would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the staff at Sacred Heart Convent. The compassion, dedication and kindness shown to her will always be remembered & cherished.
Sincere thanks are also extended to Dr David Lane and the staff at Blackrock Medical Centre Cork who cared for Sister Bridget.
Our appreciation also goes to Jerh O'Connor & Sons Ltd Funeral directors for their professional & dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
The kindness, love and support shown to Aunt Bridget and to our family will remain in our hearts and will always be remembered.
Sister Bridget's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Columb's Church, Chapel Road on Tuesday 22nd September at 7.30 pm, everyone welcome.
