Special thanks to all the Staff in ED, Wards 1,2,8 and ICU at the S.W.A.H. who provided such excellent care to Stephen through many an admission, and in his final hours thanks to Ward 1 team for your kindness shown to Stephen and the family. Thank you to the Community Care teams who attended to Stephen over the years. Also sincere thanks to County Care Home (Enniskillen) where Stephen had been cared for attentively for the past 2 years and to Barnlee (F.A.C.T. Lisnaskea) / Killadeas School and Day Care who enriched Stephen’s life (and many others) by caring to his special needs for 26 of his younger years. Sincere thanks to Fr Gallagher and Fr Donegan for the very meaningful Mass and for giving Stephen the sacrament of confirmation privately in June past. Many thanks to Ollie and Leo Swift who were so attentive and professional in the Funeral arrangements. Also, thanks to those who prepared Stephen’s final resting place. Many thanks to Karen McElroy for the beautiful and touching music at the Funeral Mass. It is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our heartfelt appreciation to anyone who helped in any way.
Stephen is deeply missed by his loving Sisters, Brothers, In-laws, Nieces, Nephews and the entire family circle.
May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.
“Your presence we miss,
Your memory we treasure,
Loving you always,
Forgetting you never.” xx
