The death has occurred of:
Stephen O'Neill
O'Neill (Lavey)
We, the family of the late Stephen O’Neill R.I.P would like to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all those who sympathised and supported us through our recent sad bereavement.
We would like to acknowledge all those who attended the wake, telephoned, sent mass and sympathy cards, sent floral tributes, messaged through social media and attended the Funeral Mass.
To all our relatives, neighbours and friends who helped during the wake; those who brought food and refreshments and served tea, we will be forever grateful.
Sincere thanks to all the Doctors and Nurses of the Neuro - Oncology team who cared for Stephen during his illness. A special word of thanks to all the staff in the MacMillan unit who went above and beyond their duty.
A Special thank you to Fr Graham P.P. for visiting Stephen during his illness and the celebration of the Requiem Mass. To Una McGill and Mitchell family for the beautiful music and singing.
We would like to thank Erin’s Own Lavey GAA for the use of their facility and to those who kindly prepared and served the beautiful food and refreshments.
Finally, we would like to thank Mark and Philip Cassidy of Cassidy Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified way the funeral arrangements were carried out and to Stephen’s friends and family members that helped prepare Stephen’s resting place.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.
Stephens Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 3rd March at 7.00p.m. in St Mary’s Church Lavey.
