Sylvia (Joyce) HUNTER
SYLVIA (JOYCE) HUNTER Passed away 27th July 2026.
After a long illness at the Macmillan Unit.
Late of Rosemount Park, Jordanstown.
Beloved wife of the late Robert (Bobby),
much-loved mother of Colin and Gary,
mother-in-law of Michele and the late Jeanette,
grandmother of Andrew, Natalie and Natasha,
great-grandmother of Freddie, Bobbie and Millie.
Service of thanksgiving will be held at Trinity Reformed Presbyterian Church
560 Doagh Road, Newtownabbey on Wednesday 5th August at 1.45pm
and afterwards to Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium for 3.00pm.
No flowers by request. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired
for Macmillan Unit, Antrim Area Hospital.

The family would like to thank all the medical staff that cared for Joyce over
the past few months. A special thanks to the Macmillan Unit and the staff at
Clareview Nursing Home for the short period Joyce was there.
Loved and remembered always by her sons, daughter-in-law, grandchildren,
great-grandchildren and the entire family circle.
In heaven you rest, no more worry or pain,
safe in God’s keeping till we meet again.
