Thomas Graham (Tommy) SWANN
SWANN – The Family of the late Thomas Graham Swann, wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.
Especially the Doctors and Nurses in attendance, Occupational Therapists, Physio and Tommy’s Carers from the Trust.
Thanks also to Valerie Campbell, The Clerk of Session for organising all in the Church, the Reception Committee who showed people to their seats, the Caretaker, Video and Audio Team and Murial Boyle and her catering team for the delicious afternoon tea.
Thank you to the Rev. James O’Neill for conducting the Thanksgiving Service and to Philip Boyd, for the pre-burial service in the funeral home, also to the organist Rachel Neill.
To all the kind Friends and Neighbours who called at the funeral home, sent messages of sympathy, telephoned, gave donations to Marie Curie and Dungannon Presbyterian Church, to those who attended the funeral or helped in any way.
Finally, we wish to thank Dereck Marshall & Sons, Funeral Directors, for the professional and caring way in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
