We the family of the late Tom Carey wish to express our sincere gratitude to all who supported us during our recent sad bereavement.
We thank those who travelled to his wake and funeral.
The family are grateful to so many family members, friends and all our neighbours who supported us in anyway.
Thanks to the district health nurses who attended Tom at home. To the ambulance service and S.W.A.H. who attended Tom on the evening he took ill.
Thanks to Canon Jimmy McPhillips who celebrated the most beautiful Mass.
A huge thanks to Ollie, Leo and Conor at Swift and McCaffrey Undertakers for all your professionalism, dignity and compassion.
To the gravediggers who prepared Tom’s final resting place with such care.
To everyone who participated in the Funeral Mass, the readers, Eucharist ministers, Karen for the beautiful music and Gary the sacristan.
While it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this will be accepted as a heartfelt acknowledgement of our gratitude to you all.
Tom’s Month Memory Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 9th May at 6pm in St Marys Church, Maguiresbridge.
