The death has occurred of:
Tommy Barr
The sons, daughters, grandchildren, and extended family circle of the late Tommy (Tiny) Barr wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent loss.
Thanks to everyone who attended the wake, sent cards, telephoned, and attended the funeral service.
We would like to convey our heartfelt appreciation to the carers and family friends who looked after dad when he was at home and also the amazing nurses and staff of Woodmount Care Home for the unwavering love, compassion, and dignity in how they cared for our Dad during his stay.
Thanks to all those who helped out at the wake, to those who supplied food and helped out in any way. Thanks to all those who travelled long distances to be with us. Our sincere thanks to all our relatives, friends, and neighbours for all their kindness, help, and support during this time.
Also, to Fr. O`Donnell, Fr. Boland, Fr. McCaughey and Fr. Madden for their spiritual guidance, to Jude Maguire and the staff at Quigley Funeral Directors and Con Tinney gravedigger for the professional and dignified manner in which they conducted all the funeral arrangements.
To Strabane Brass Band, who performed so beautifully at the funeral and finally to the Strabane Fire Service who provided a guard of honour for our dad at the church. It was indeed a fitting and memorable tribute.
As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere gratitude.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.
