Tommy's Wife Geraldine and the entire Family Circle of the late Tommy Johnston, 26 Glenburn Place, Magherafelt wish to express our sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss of Tommy. We took great comfort from the support of family, friends, neighbours and the Bowling family.
Sincere thanks to all who visited, telephoned, sent cards and social media messages, sent flowers, brought food, gave donations in Tommy's memory to Draperstown Surgery, or helped in any way; your support is truly appreciated.
Grateful thanks to The Snack Box for the daily food and to the many friends who made the tea at the wake. Thank you to everyone who came to the wake and attended the funeral.
Special thanks for the excellent care Tommy received from the Doctors and Nurses of Antrim Hospital, (Ward C5), to Mr Peter Tohill and the Respirative Team for the home visits, to the District Nurses, Draperstown Surgery, especially Dr Quinn and to Gordon's Chemist for the house delivery.
We also express our sincere thanks to Rev Rosie Diffin for conducting the funeral service and to Rev Peter Jones for his tribute to Tommy's life. Thanks also to the Organist, Grave Digger and the Ladies of Kilcronaghan Mothers Union who made the lovely tea after the service and to everyone who helped in any way.
Last, but not least, a sincere thanks to Helen and her Daughter Kristy at D Watters Funeral Services for the professional and caring way in which the funeral was carried out and for their kindness and guidance in helping the Family in everyway possible.
It would be impossible to thank everyone individually, so we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a sincere reflection of our gratitude to everyone who supported us in any way.
Geraldine, Jay, Jervis, Pam and Trevor.
