McCONVILLE, Valerie (Val), 11th July 2025, peacefully at hospital. Loving and devoted wife of the late Pat (Cavalier Court, Antrim), much loved mummy of Steven and partner Tina, Kelly and partner Willem and the late Maureen. Devoted granny of Steven.

A service of thanksgiving for Val’s life will be held on Thursday 17th July 2025 in Bairds funeral home at 10am and afterwards to Belmont Cemetery.

Dear friends and family of Val,

As a friend of Kelly and Willem I know how close the mother-daughter bond with Kelly is and how much they both loved each other! So I feel so sorry for my beloved friend!
I met Val a few times and to me she was always so warm, sweet and interested in everyone! Although she struggled with health she was always so positive witty and fun! She Will be deeply missed by her family and many friends!
I wish Kelly, Willem Steven and extended family and friends strength to get through this hard time! I am sure though that Val is there in a way, staying close to you. She was so loved and that doesn’t go away!
