Val Lundy
Lundy (Newry) died peacefully 14th August 2026 in Daisy Hill Hospital surrounded by his family. Val RIP. Beloved husband of Sheila, much-loved father of Rory and Terry and brother of Noel. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
His remains will repose in Charles Digney and Sons funeral home 4 Sugarhouse Quay, Newry on Saturday and Sunday from 6pm until 9pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated in Cathedral of Ss Patrick and Colman on Monday at 1030am, followed by burial in Monkshill Cemetery. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing wife, sons, daughter-in-law Laura, grandchildren Katie, Jamie, Josh and Ethan; great-grandchildren Sebastian and Sonny, brother, sisters-in-law Theresa and Noleen; family circle and friends.
