Father Norman, children Sam & Jodie, brother Mark, sister-in-law Adele and the family circle of the late Wendy McDermott would like to thank all those who expressed sympathy and condolences to them in their recent sad bereavement.
To those who visited the Family Home and attended the Funeral we extend our thanks.
We would like to thank those who gave food, gifts, flowers, sent cards and phoned.
We express our thanks to those who donated to W.H & S.C.T Altnagelvin Hospital Ward 50 (Northwest Cancer Centre) in lieu of flowers.
We would like to extend our thanks to the staff of the Sperrin Room, and the Cancer Centre Altnagelvin for their care of Wendy and support to the family and all Doctors and Nurses who were in attendance of Wendy.
Special mention to her dearest friend Pamela who was always there for her & through her sickness.
We would like to thank Newbuildings Football Team for their kind support during our recent sad bereavement.
Special thanks to the Rev. Graeme Orr for his comfort and spiritual support at the Family Home and the graveside.
Many thanks to Hilltop Cafe Donemana for providing the funeral teas, the girls who helped served the teas and Newbuildings Cricket Club for the use of their venue.
We are most grateful to the PSNI who were present following Wendy's sudden passing.
Finally we would express our heartfelt gratitude to David and Ruth Hay & Sons Funeral Directors for the dignified manner in which they conducted the funeral, it was greatly appreciated.
