A Note of Thanks from the Lavery Family
Late William (Billy) LAVERY
We would like to thank, from the bottom of our hearts, everyone who stood by us during the wake and funeral of our beloved William (Billy) Lavery. The love, kindness and support shown to us has been a great comfort at a time when words often fail. Every visit, message, embrace, prayer and quiet gesture meant more to us than we can ever properly express.
Billy was generous to a fault, always putting others before himself, and this selflessness was never more evident than in the devoted care he showed to our mother. He gave without hesitation, without complaint, and with a heart full of kindness. The love and respect shown to him during this time reflects the love and care he gave so freely throughout his life.
We would like to give a special word of thanks to our family for all the help, support and care you gave to us and to our family throughout this difficult time. Your presence, kindness and willingness to do whatever was needed meant more than you will ever know.
A very special and heartfelt thank you to Caroline O’Donnell for opening her home to us for the wake and for the genuine care, warmth and support she gave our family during such a difficult and emotional time. Her kindness will never be forgotten.
We would also like to sincerely thank Father Lagan and Bradley & McLaughlin Funeral Directors for their compassion, professionalism and for guiding us through every step with such care and dignity.
It would be impossible to thank everyone individually, but please know that we are deeply grateful, and your kindness will remain with us always.
To the town he loved so well
May Billy rest in peace
