William (Billy) WARD
Billys Son, Colin and his Wife, Emma and Billy's Sister Evelyn and his 4 Grandchildren, Ian, Christopher, Alastair and Neil wish to express their sincere thanks to everyone who has attended the wake and the funeral of the late William (Billy) Ward. Your presence there, along with the many messages of sympathy, prayers, and kind words shared over the past few weeks, has brought great comfort to us during an extremely sad and difficult time in our lives.
We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who cared for Billy throughout his battle with illness. In particular, we wish to extend a special word of thanks to the doctors and nurses of Ward 1 West in Craigavon Area Hospital, whose dedication, compassion, and professionalism meant so much to Billy and to our family.
We would also like to express our deepest thanks and appreciation to Jude and to Reverend Bobby Liddle for their pastoral care and support to Billy, and to us as a family, over the past number of weeks. Their kindness, presence, and prayers were a great comfort. We know how much Billy truly enjoyed their visits and their company, and we also know that Jude will miss him just as much as we do.
We also wish to express our sincere thanks to John Gamble Funeral Directors, Dromore, for the care, dignity, and compassion shown to Billy and to our family. His professionalism, guidance, and support throughout this difficult time have been greatly appreciated.
Finally, we would like to thank all those involved in the catering and Mr John Truman organist for all that they done for the service. Your kindness, generosity, and willingness to serve others have been a great comfort to us and are deeply appreciated.
