12th October 2026 Peacefully at home.
Dearly loved husband of the late Meta, loving father of Timothy and Paul, father-in-law of Lorraine, much loved granda of David and Matthew and great-granda of Tyler.
Burial will take place in Loughview Cemetery, Ballygowan Road, Newtownards, BT23 5PG on Wednesday 21st October 2026 at 11.00am followed by a Celebration of Billy's life in Knock Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 491 Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast, BT4 3LL at 12.00noon.
