Winnie (Hurson) Loughran – Month’s Mind

The family of the late Winnie Loughran, Gerard (Sheila) and Ciaran (Caroline), wish to express their sincere and heartfelt thanks to all who supported them following Winnie’s passing.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended the wake and funeral, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, messages of condolence, and to all who helped in any way during this difficult time.

A special word of thanks to our extended family, friends and neighbours who called to the house, brought food, helped in the kitchen, and supported us throughout the wake.

We also wish to thank the great friends who called with Winnie throughout the years. Your friendship and presence meant so much to her.

Sincere thanks to Winnie’s carers and sitters for their kindness, care and attentiveness in her final months. Your support meant so much to Winnie and to our family.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Ardmore Medical Practice, especially Dr Cormac McKay, whose care never wavered. Deep appreciation also to Denver at Torrent Pharmacy for all his care over the years.

A special word of thanks to Michael Brennan, Eucharistic Minister, for his visits to Winnie each month, and to Fr. Slater for celebrating the Requiem Mass.

We also want to thank Malachi Cush, Rory Madden, Katie and Donna for the beautiful music and singing.

We are deeply grateful to Paudge Quinn, Funeral Director, for his guidance, professionalism and compassion, and to the gravediggers for preparing Winnie’s final resting place.

Winnie’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Monday 4th May at 7.00pm in St Patrick’s Church, Donaghmore.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sons Gerard (Sheila) and Ciaran (Caroline), grandchildren, great-grandchildren and the entire family circle.

Have you considered?
